We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead to guide our development team in delivering high-quality software solutions. As a Tech Lead, you will combine strong technical expertise with excellent leadership skills to mentor developers, architect solutions, and ensure smooth project delivery.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

- Bachelor s degree required; master s degree preferred, preferably in a quantitative or technical field
- At least 5 - 7 years of relevant professional experience as Senior Software Engineer or Technical Lead.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring framework, RESTful Microservices, Postgres
- Experience with cloud platforms AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, resolve conflicts, and build consensus.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

It would be excellent if you also had

- Experience in DevOps practices or managing infrastructure.




- Prior experience in hiring or team scaling.
