- Candidate need to have experience in RPO Hiring.
- Must have experience in handing a team of 5-6 IT Recruiters.
- Monitoring and tracking team day to day performance
- Coaching and training recent & existing Manpower.
- Motivating the Recruiters in getting the work done in a short time span.
- Meeting the SLAs and the expected quality and quantity within the minimum TAT as per company parity
- Must have good knowledge of IT Skills
- S/he will handle complete recruitment cycle
- Should have fair knowledge in Job portals and Social networking recruitment
- Candidate must have ability to handle pressure and work as per the given target.
Requirements
- Candidates must be from the staffing industry
- RPO Experience: 1.5 - 2 years
- Team Lead Experience: 1 – 2 years
