Raptor Supplies is looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage our Product Data & Catalog Operations team. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, deep knowledge of the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) e-commerce industry, and experience handling large industrial product catalogs. This role requires someone who can lead a team, improve operational efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and ensure high-quality product information across multiple industrial manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Catalog Engineers and Product Data Specialists.

Manage end-to-end product onboarding for industrial MRO products.

Ensure product specifications, attributes, taxonomy, and categorization are accurate and standardized.

Review and improve catalog quality through data validation and quality control.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet catalog delivery timelines.

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.





Monitor team productivity and performance using KPIs.

Create SOPs and maintain documentation for catalog processes.

Resolve complex catalog and technical issues.

Train new team members and conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required

Qualifications

B.Tech/B.E. in:

Mechanical Engineering

Electrical Engineering

Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)

6+ years of relevant experience.

At least 2 years of experience leading a team.

Required Skills

Industry Knowledge

Strong understanding of the MRO industrial domain.

Experience with industrial manufacturers and product catalogs.

Knowledge of technical specifications and engineering products.

Technical Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).

Python for automation and data processing.

SQL (preferred).

Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for productivity.

Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) concepts.

Project & Team Management Experience using at least one of: Jira
