We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Head to lead our construction projects .The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 14 years of experience in the construction industry and a strong educational background with a B.Tech or B.E in Civil Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 14 years of experience in the construction industry.
- B.Tech or B.E in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in managing the end-to-end construction of IT Campus, IT Park, or commercial buildings.
- Robust leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
