Asia Solutions is seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer / TDL

Developer to customize, develop, and maintain scalable applications and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, problem and solving skills and experience of working on business solutions, TDL development, ERP systems along with solid functional knowledge of accounting, GST, and business workflows.

Role & Responsibilities

Design, customize, test and deploy high-quality software applications

Develop and maintain ERP, Web, and business applications

Create and modify invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and reports

Develop advanced MIS reports and dashboards, and automation tools

Troubleshoot, debug and optimize TDL code for performance and accuracy

Handle integration such as Tally, database using XML and APIs with external systems

Ensure compliance with GST and statutory requirements

Collaborate with finance, business and technical teams to understand requirements

Provide ongoing support and enhancements for proper documentation, version control and post implementation activities

Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth

Required Skills & Qualifications





3 to 6 years of experience in Software / TDL development

Strong proficiency in at least one programming language: Java/ Python/ .NET/ Node.js/ PHP

Experience in Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React / Angular)

Solid knowledge of databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

Experience in API development and integration (REST, JSON, XML)

Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Tally integration experience)

Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Familiarity with Git/version control systems

Additional Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Experience working in a client-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT/ Engineering

Experience in ERP or business application development

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Exposure to automation tools and scripting
