Job Role : Windows VMware Administration

Location: Chennai

Experience: 6-10 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022).
- Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi hosts, and vCenter infrastructure.
- Perform server provisioning, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
- Monitor system health, capacity, and availability.
- Handle incident resolution, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Manage backups, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and documentation.
- Coordinate with application, network, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.

Required Skills

- Solid experience in Windows Server Administration.
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
- Experience in server patching and performance monitoring.
- Understanding of storage, backup, and disaster recovery concepts.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
