Job Role : EUC Portfolio Manager

Location : Noida

Exp Range : 10-15 yrs

Key Responsibilities

- Must have 10-12 years of experience in End User computing portfolio.
- Valuable knowledge and experience of EUC tools like SCCM, Intune, O365 etc.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes.
- Able to handle Major Incident management
- Handle team of more than 50 plus associate
- Customer Management
- Good English communication skills both written and verbal
- Exp in creating new solutions and proposals for customers in EUC domain
- Hands on experience in Scripting tools like Python, PowerShell etc.
- Good-to-Have Understanding of customer SLA and KPI
- Understanding of application packaging and imaging

- Coordinate with various teams for operational effectiveness.
- Internal compliance of the team
