- Explicit understanding of the customer requirement of the applications and license related information.
- In-depth visibility and knowledge on requirement analysis and gathering.
- Expert level in Quality testing/environment dependent testing.
- Handle incident and service now tool.
- Skills in SCCM deployment toolset.
- Experience in Software patching for workstations and servers with sccm/wsus.
- Experience in SCCM troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Experience in automated jobs and reports.
- Ready to take Lead responsibilities to complete the deliverables.
