Suitable candidate would have at-least two years of work experience in the fields of Accounting , Financial statement preparation, and Income tax Computation of which at-least 1 years is into Tax provision preparation & review, He/she is well-versed with US Business Tax law. He/she is a team player. Experience: 2+ years in Accounting, Financial Statement Preparation, and Income Tax Computation
Minimum 1 year of experience in Tax Provision Preparation/Review.
Solid understanding of ASC 740 / IAS 12, Current & Deferred Taxes, ETR, Valuation Allowance, UTPs, Return-to-Accrual process, and US Business Tax Law.
Ability to analyze financial statements, prepare journal entries, and perform tax account reconciliations.
Exposure to tools such as Excel, SAP/Oracle, Vertex/OTP, Longview, and Blackline is preferred.
Qualification- CA/CPA
