Roles and Responsibilities:

Tank Operations

- Perform product storage, transfer, loading, and unloading operations safely and efficiently.
- Ensure correct receipt, storage, sampling, blending, and dispatch of petroleum/chemical products.

Monitoring & Control
- Operate pumps, valves, meters, and control systems (DCS/SCADA) for smooth operations.
- Conduct manual/automatic tank gauging, maintain accurate stock records, and report variances.

Safety & Emergency Response
- Follow HSE standards, permit-to-work (PTW) procedures, and comply with statutory and company guidelines.
- Respond promptly to spills, leaks, fires, or any abnormal situations.
- Inspect tanks, pipelines, pumps, and firefighting systems; report maintenance needs.

Quality Control
- Collect and test product samples to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain logbooks, shift records, and operational reports accurately.

Coordination & Communication
- Communicate effectively with shift in-charge, control room, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
