Role Description The Tally Expert will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and finance activities using Tally, ensuring accurate recording of transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing financial reports. This role includes handling accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, GST and other statutory entries, and periodic financial summaries for management review.

Expert will collaborate with internal teams to clarify financial data, support audits, and maintain organized documentation and records. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Khambhat,



and the individual is expected to work from the office during standard business hours.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Tally (including data entry, ledger creation, voucher posting, and report generation).
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation.
- Experience with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance entries within Tally.
- Ability to perform bank reconciliation, manage accounts payable/receivable, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and other office productivity tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certification in Tally is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a similar accounting or Tally-focused role is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Khambhat and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
