As a Talent Sourcer supporting our India Center of Excellence (COE) and U.S. hiring, you'll play a critical role in helping us build high-performing, diverse teams that power our growth.

You'll partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to identify, engage, and cultivate exceptional talent across technical and business functions. Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development





- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for technical and business roles across the India COE and U.S. teams.
- Build and maintain high-quality, diverse talent pipelines aligned to current and future hiring needs.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, talent communities, networking, Boolean search, market mapping, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
- Conduct initial outreach and candidate qualification conversations to assess skills, experience, motivation, and alignment with role requirements.
- Partner closely with Recruiters to deliver qualified candidate pipelines that improve hiring speed and quality.
- Build long-term relationships with passive candidates and maintain talent communities for future opportunities.

Market Intelligence

- Conduct talent mapping, competitive research, and labor market analysis to identify emerging talent pools and hiring trends.
- Share market insights with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to influence sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
- Own reporting metrics on # of total referrals, referral progression throughout the hiring funnel, and total hires
- Continuously evaluate sourcing effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Candidate Experience

- Deliver timely, thoughtful, and personalized communication throughout the sourcing process.
- Represent the Quickbase employer brand with professionalism, authenticity, and enthusiasm.
- Ensure every candidate experiences an inclusive, respectful, and engaging hiring journey.

Onboarding

- Assist with background preparation & documentation
- Coordinate with IT & HR Ops team for new employee records
- Prepare Managers for incoming hires’ week 1 schedule

Experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably within a SaaS,



technology, or high-growth organization.
- Experience sourcing for technical and/or business roles across multiple functions.
- Experience supporting hiring in India and/or the United States, with an understanding of global talent markets and recruiting practices.
- Demonstrated success building proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
- Advanced sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, talent communities, Boolean search, X-ray search, and other modern sourcing techniques.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking System Workday
- Ability to conduct effective candidate qualification conversations and assess alignment with role requirements.
- Strong talent mapping and market research capabilities.
- Proficiency using recruiting metrics and data to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

AI & Digital Fluency

- Demonstrated comfort using AI-powered tools to improve productivity, candidate research, sourcing strategies, and workflow efficiency.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply sound judgment before using them in recruiting activities.
- Curiosity to explore emerging recruiting technologies and continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.
- Commitment to responsible, ethical, and secure use of AI and candidate data.
