- 2-4 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
- Strong experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, X-ray Search, Boolean Search, and other online sourcing techniques.
- Experience sourcing candidates for Engineering, Infrastructure, Construction, Architecture, Design Consulting, or related industries is preferred.
- Good Communication Skills
- Strong research and market mapping capabilities.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple hiring priorities.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
