Talent Experience Coordinator

Location: Hyderabad, India (Onsite, 5 days/week, multiple shifts)

Position Summary:

The Talent Experience Coordinator provides high-quality, day-to-day support to U.S.-based employees working onsite with client partners across multiple time zones. This role is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and consistent service across HR, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employees, managing inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and case management systems.

This role resolves talent-related inquiries from onboarding through offboarding, ensures accurate documentation, and maintains compliance with U.S. employment requirements while delivering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Support & Case Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees HR related ‑related questions through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and Service Cloud (or similar) ticketing systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service using active listening, empathy, and professional communication.
- Document all interactions accurately across multiple platforms, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
- Own end-to-end ‑to‑end resolution of assigned cases, coordinating with internal partners as needed.

Employee Relations & Talent Lifecycle Activities

- Conduct employee coaching conversations, addressing performance concerns, attendance, and policy adherence.




- Facilitate exit interviews, terminations, and separation of workflows in alignment with compliance requirements.
- Perform proactive outreach to ensure engagement, policy compliance, and timely issue resolution.
- Support employee redeployment, assignment changes, and other client specific‑specific needs.

HR Compliance & Data Administration

- Manage updates across HRIS, ATS, payroll, and tax systems (ADP Workforce Now)
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local HR regulations, including labor, payroll, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain employee profiles, ensuring accurate and secure handling of confidential information.

Engagement, Analytics & Continuous Improvement

- Administer engagement surveys, track themes, and escalate risks when appropriate.
- Support ongoing process improvement initiatives and participate in cross-functional projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- 2 years of previous customer service experience is required
- 2 years of U.S. Staffing experience supporting employees across multiple time zones.
- 2 years of experience in an HR-related field or a degree with an HR focus is preferred




- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (U.S. and Canada experience strongly preferred).
- Experience using case management or service systems, ideally Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, payroll platforms, and multisystem data entry.
- Exposure to U.S. compliance topics including wage/hour rules, timekeeping requirements, and documentation audits.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, with comfort in high-volume inbound and outbound calling.
- Active listening, empathy, and professionalism in all employee interactions.
- Ability to work on-site five days per week is required
