What You'll Do

- Source and attract top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Assist in offer rollouts, follow-ups, and onboarding activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or any related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing channels.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
