What You'll Bring
3+ years of technical recruiting experience
Understanding of software development roles and technologies
Experience with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems
Strong Sourcing Skills Using LinkedIn, GitHub,
And Other Platforms Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Data-driven approach to recruiting and process improvement
Knowledge of employment law and hiring best practices
Nice to Have
Technical background or engineering experience
Experience recruiting for startups or high-growth companies
Knowledge of diversity and inclusion recruiting practices
Familiarity with remote hiring and global talent acquisition
