Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Therapist Hiring (Spa & Wellness)

Ode Spa by Ridhira Group is one of India's fastest-growing wellness brands, operating multiple premium spa and wellness centers across airports, hotels, malls, and high-street locations. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a dedicated recruiter with hands-on experience in therapist hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end recruitment of Spa Therapists, Massage Therapists, and Wellness Professionals across multiple locations.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of therapist candidates through job portals, referrals, consultancies, social media, and industry networking.
- Conduct bulk hiring drives to meet business expansion requirements.
- Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates with hiring managers.
- Manage offer roll-out, salary negotiations, documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain a database of active and passive therapist candidates.
- Partner with Operations teams to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Track recruitment metrics including TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring costs.
- Coordinate with training and operations teams for smooth joining and deployment.
- Support recruitment for Front Office Executives, Spa Managers, GREs, and other operational roles as required.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–8 years of Talent Acquisition experience.




- Mandatory experience in hiring Spa Therapists or Wellness Professionals.
- Experience in bulk hiring and multi-location recruitment.
- Strong network within the spa, salon, wellness, or hospitality industry.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and social media recruitment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven workplace.
