Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a variety of roles within the organization.

The specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements,



and create effective job descriptions and selection criteria. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, scheduling and conducting interviews, managing recruitment tools and platforms, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also supports employer branding initiatives, tracks recruitment metrics, and contributes to continuous improvement of hiring processes.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting.

- Experience using applicant tracking systems and professional networking platforms.

- Prior experience in recruiting for design, construction, or corporate roles is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
