As we continue to expand our US Staffing division, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle for Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Full-Time positions.

Source qualified candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical expertise, visa status, compensation expectations, availability, and client requirements.

Coordinate interview scheduling, negotiate compensation packages, and successfully close offers.

Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales Teams, and Bench Sales teams to fulfill client hiring requirements.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Work effectively with various US work authorization categories, including H1B, Green Card (GC), US Citizens (USC), OPT/CPT, and EAD.

Handle rate negotiations for W2,



C2C, and 1099 employment models.

Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets, including submissions, interviews, and placements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

6+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

Strong understanding of the end-to-end US Staffing process.

Good knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.

Familiarity with US visa classifications and work authorization processes.

Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.

Willingness to work onsite from our Chennai office during the Day Shift.
