About The Role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can own the complete recruitment lifecycle—from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing top talent to interview coordination, offer management, and candidate engagement. You'll collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, Business Leaders, and cross-functional teams to build exceptional teams while ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical hiring.

Understand business requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social platforms, and other sourcing channels.

Conduct structured screening interviews to evaluate technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.

Candidate Experience

Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate journey across every stage of the hiring process.

Maintain consistent communication with candidates to minimize drop-offs.

Act as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Interview Coordination

Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and hiring panels.

Manage interview calendars and ensure timely feedback collection.

Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline updates in KEKA Hire or similar ATS platforms.

Offer Management

Drive salary discussions and offer negotiations while maintaining internal parity and budget alignment.

Coordinate offer rollouts and ensure successful candidate closures within defined timelines.

Process Excellence

Ensure adherence to defined Turnaround Time (TAT) across sourcing, screening,



interviews, and offer management.

Prepare recruitment reports, hiring dashboards, and pipeline updates for stakeholders.

Continuously improve recruitment processes through automation and best practices. AI-First Recruitment We encourage recruiters who actively leverage AI to improve hiring efficiency. Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, LinkedIn Recruiter AI, HireEZ, AmazingHiring, SeekOut, or similar recruitment automation tools is highly preferred.

Hiring workflow automation Required Skills 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Internal Recruitment.

Experience hiring for technical roles or exposure to technical hiring environments.

Hands-on experience with KEKA Hire or any Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Strong sourcing skills across multiple recruitment platforms.

Experience coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders.

Excellent negotiation and offer closure skills.

Solid communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.

High ownership, accountability, and process orientation.

Willingness to work from the office (Hyderabad / Indore).
