- Talent Sourcing: Responsible for identifying and sourcing qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit through interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure they meet the requirements of the position and the organization.
- Relationship Management: Recruiters build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to effectively manage the recruitment process, provide a positive candidate experience, and facilitate successful placements.
- Negotiation & Onboarding: Manage job offer negotiations and assist in the onboarding process for current hires

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication, confidence and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
