IT Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates for various roles using job portals, databases, and professional networks.
- Handle end-to-end sourcing and screening of candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases, ensuring high-quality shortlisting.
- Manage and monitor the usage of job portals by the team, optimizing search strings, filters, and posting methods for maximum visibility and candidate reach.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and evaluation to assess candidates skills, experience, and suitability as per client requirements.
- Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience.
- Act as a point of contact with clients, understanding requirements clearly, sharing shortlisted profiles, scheduling interviews, and maintaining smooth communication.
- Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters, providing guidance on sourcing techniques, screening methods, and portal handling.




- Maintain daily/weekly trackers and reports on sourcing activities, submissions, interview schedules, and closures.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates for interview feedback, offer acceptance, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for recurring and future client requirements.

Required Qualities / Skills:

- Strong expertise in sourcing and screening across job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and professional networks.
- Proven ability to handle end-to-end recruitment cycle with focus on candidate quality and timely delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage candidates and client relationships effectively.
- Good analytical and negotiation skills for evaluating candidates and managing offer discussions.
- Team leadership qualities – ability to guide, mentor, and motivate recruiters to achieve team targets.
- Strong follow-up skills with both candidates and clients to ensure smooth hiring process and closures.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple requirements simultaneously.
