Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

Partner with the HR Manager, CEO, and Delivery Heads to understand immediate and long-term hiring needs.

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality technology professionals.

Represent our employer brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Identify and leverage the most effective sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and direct search.





Continuously improve sourcing strategies and candidate engagement techniques.

Manage recruitment workflows using Zoho HRMS/ATS.

Collaborate with stakeholders to collect interview feedback and drive timely hiring decisions.

Support HR initiatives by recommending improvements to recruitment processes and HR policies.

Enhance employer branding and contribute to continuous process improvements. What We're Looking For

Required

3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT Recruitment.

Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technology roles.

Strong expertise in sourcing, headhunting, market mapping, and candidate engagement.

Excellent research, networking, and talent assessment skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience using an ATS or HR Information System. Preferred (Big Plus):

Dynamics CRM

Business Intelligence (BI)

Data & AI

Solution/Technical Architects

Business Development

Marketing Compensation

₹4-6 LPA (based on experience)
