We are looking for a highly responsible and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Lead who can independently manage our recruitment operations, strengthen client relationships, lead the recruitment team and generate revenue for the company.

This is a business-ownership role for someone who can operate independently and take complete responsibility for recruitment delivery and revenue achievement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Independently manage the day-to-day recruitment operations of RBG HR Services LLP
- Take complete ownership of monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Manage existing client relationships and ensure regular business from active clients
- Develop recent relationships with Life, Health and General Insurance companies
- Generate new recruitment mandates and identify additional revenue opportunities
- Allocate mandates to recruiters and monitor their daily productivity
- Ensure timely sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer conversion and candidate joining
- Personally handle critical, senior-level and difficult-to-close mandates
- Mentor recruiters and improve their sourcing, candidate-management and closure capabilities
- Maintain recruitment MIS, client-wise mandate status, joining pipeline and revenue projections
- Monitor invoicing, replacement cases and payment follow-ups
- Resolve candidate, recruiter and client-related issues independently
- Report business performance, challenges and action plans directly to the Founder
- Build an efficient,



accountable and revenue-focused recruitment team

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 6 to 10 years of experience in recruitment or staffing
- Recruitment consultancy experience is essential
- Experience in Life, Health or General Insurance recruitment is strongly preferred
- Proven experience in independently handling clients and recruitment mandates
- Demonstrated ability to generate recruitment revenue and achieve billing targets
- Experience managing, mentoring and driving the performance of recruiters
- Strong hands-on sourcing, screening, negotiation and closure capabilities
- Good understanding of insurance distribution channels, functions and designations
- Strong business-development, client-management and stakeholder-management skills
- Commercially focused, target-driven and comfortable taking complete ownership
- Candidates with a stable employment history will be preferred
- Must be comfortable working from the Tollygunge office in Kolkata
