We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Lead Recruitment professional who gets it. Someone who understands the AI revolution isn't coming—it's here. You'll own talent acquisition for our Data Science, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI teams, scaling our engineering capacity while maintaining hiring excellence.

What You'll Own

Data Science & ML Talent Acquisition

- Build and scale pipelines for Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Analytics roles across all seniority levels
- Own the entire recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing on GitHub, Kaggle, and academic channels to closing offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define competency frameworks for evolving DS role

Agentic AI & LLM Engineering Recruitment

- Scout and hire for cutting-edge roles: LLM Engineers, Prompt Engineers, AI Researchers, Autonomous Systems Specialists
- Build relationships with niche communities in the AI/ML ecosystem (Discord communities, research labs, open-source contributors)
- Create recruitment strategies for emerging tech roles that don't yet have standard job descriptions

Employer Brand & Market Positioning

- Shape and amplify our employer brand—use content, events,



and thought leadership to attract top talent
- Partner with marketing to build recruitment campaigns, job content, and employer narrative
- Position us as the destination for AI talent in India

Consulting, Sales & Marketing Recruitment

- Lead hiring for Consulting, Strategy, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Marketing roles.
- Build strong talent pipelines through networking, market mapping, and targeted sourcing.
- Partner with business leaders to define role requirements and drive end-to-end hiring.

Metrics & Insights

- Drive data-driven recruitment—track TTH, quality of hire, retention, and offer acceptance rates
- Use insights to continuously optimize the recruitment process
- Report on market trends and salary benchmarking to leadership

Team & Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment specialists
- Conduct training on technical recruiting, AI literacy, and candidate engagement
- Collaborate closely with HR, engineering leadership, and finance on headcount planning

Who You Are Must-Haves

- 15 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with at least 5+ years focused on tech/AI/ML hiring
- 5+ years of hiring experience within the CPG or Retail industry .
- Proven success in scaling recruitment teams and improving time-to-hire.
- Strong understanding of AI, ML, and Data Science talent landscapes.




- Expertise in niche sourcing across GitHub, research networks, and open-source communities.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics tools.

Nice-to-Haves

- Background in a startup or scale-up setting (Series B+)
- Hands-on understanding of Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG systems, and emerging AI architectures
- Experience hiring for fast-growing technical teams in India
- Familiarity with diversity & inclusion (D&I;) hiring practices and building inclusive teams
- Content creation skills—can write job descriptions, recruit via social media, or build thought leadership
