Key Responsibilities

- 4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with expertise in Software/IT hiring.




- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Drive hiring in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Prepare and present daily status updates, weekly recruitment reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Track recruitment KPIs, pipeline health, interview progress, offers, and joining status.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience and timely stakeholder communication.
