About the Role

This is a learning, growth, performance-driven, ownership-focused, and closure-oriented role. You will be working directly with clients and will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and successful closures, not just sourcing or resume sharing. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow and build career in recruitment, talent acquisition, client relations and management, high-value hiring, and is looking for long-term career growth, not just a job.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing and screening candidate profiles from LinkedIn and Naukri
- Regular job posting for hiring requirements on LinkedIn to attract quality talent
- Scheduling screening interviews and evaluating shortlisted candidates having relevant experience
- Sharing candidate profiles with the client
- Client relations and coordination to build strong relationships
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level, senior-level Non-IT roles




- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Proactive follow–ups with client and engaging candidates throughout the interview and joining process

Eligibility Criteria:

- 6 months+ experience in recruitment
- Excellent communication skills is a must
- Experience in sourcing and screening quality profiles for mid and senior-level non-IT hiring through Linkedin
- Strong personality for client relations
- Interested in working in startup culture
- Fast learner
- Growth mindset
- Achieving targets, timelines, and closures
- Can take ownership, responsibility, and has a result-oriented mindset
- Fresh Graduates or Post Graduates with 6 months of recruitment experience
- Candidates looking for a 3 month full-time internship and a full-time job opportunity post internship period

Preferred Candidate

- 6 months+ of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Exposure to Mid and Senior level non-IT hiring

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
