What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in non-IT & blue-collar recruitment

- Strong experience in bulk/mass hiring

- Fluency in Hindi, English, and regional languages (

Hindi is mandatory)

- Hands-on experience with sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels

- Robust screening, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills

- Ability to work in a target-driven, high-volume recruitment environment



Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT and Blue Collar roles

- Drive bulk hiring campaigns to meet business requirements

- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates

- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure an excellent candidate experience

- Partner with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines.
