To meet our growing needs, we're looking for an HR to join our team and help us escalate the hiring and HR process.

About the role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR professional who is eager to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions (80% hiring, 20% HR ops).

Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)




- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for interviews and follow-ups
- Support onboarding and documentation of new joiners
- Maintain employee records and HR trackers
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR reports

What we are looking for:

- Recently completed a bachelor's/master's degree. A degree in HR, Psychology, Health or a related field is a plus.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
- Comfortable working in an on-site, startup environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
