To meet our growing needs, we're looking for an HR to join our team and help us escalate the hiring and HR process. About the role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR professional who is eager to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions (80% hiring, 20% HR ops). Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening,



scheduling interviews)

Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for interviews and follow-ups

Support onboarding and documentation of new joiners

Maintain employee records and HR trackers

Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR reports What we are looking for:

Recently completed a bachelor's/master's degree. A degree in HR, Psychology, Health or a related field is a plus.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn and take ownership

Comfortable working in an on-site, startup environment

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is a plus Why join us:
