Job Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment tracker/ATS.
- Coordinate offer rollouts and onboarding activities.




- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/HR is preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

- 0–1 Year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
