At Effy Jewelry, we’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help us recruit exceptional talent for our global cruise retail teams. You’ll own the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring, represent us at career fairs and recruitment events across India, and collaborate with international teams to shape the future of our workforce.
What You’ll Be Doing
✨ Own end-to-end recruitment for shipboard retail roles
✨ Source and interview top talent across India
✨ Travel to job fairs, universities, and hiring events
✨ Deliver an outstanding candidate experience
✨ Partner with global teams and hiring managers
✨ Track recruitment performance and drive hiring success
What We’re Looking For
✔️ 3+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience
✔️ Experience managing full-cycle recruitment
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Comfortable traveling across India (up to 40%)
✔️ Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and virtual interviewing
