What You'll Do 1. Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR calls
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling end-to-end
- Maintain candidate trackers and hiring pipelines
- Handle candidate communication and follow-ups
- Support employer branding and outreach initiatives
