We are looking for a skilled Tableau Developer with strong expertise in building interactive dashboards, data visualisation, and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience working with large datasets, optimising Tableau reports, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.

Gather business requirements and translate them into effective visualisation solutions.

Connect Tableau to multiple data sources including SQL databases, cloud platforms, and data warehouses.

Develop calculated fields, parameters, sets, LOD expressions, and advanced Tableau visualisations.

Optimise dashboard performance for large datasets.

Create reusable Tableau data sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Perform data validation and troubleshoot reporting issues.

Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers, and business stakeholders.

Follow best practices for dashboard design, governance, and security.

Requirements 4-6 years of experience in Tableau Development.

Robust hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud





Excellent SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.

Experience with Tableau Prep.

Strong understanding of data modelling and relational databases.

Expertise in: Dashboards & Storytelling, Calculated Fields, Parameters & Filters, Sets & Groups, Level of Detail (LOD) Expressions, Table Calculations, Actions (Filter, Highlight, URL).

Experience optimising dashboard performance.

Knowledge of Row-Level Security (RLS) implementation.

Experience with REST APIs or web data connectors is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Redshift, or BigQuery.

Exposure to Python for data processing/automation.

Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.

Understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing.

Knowledge of version control tools like Git.

Good To Have Tableau Certified Data

Analyst or Tableau Desktop Specialist Certification.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
