Who This Is For

You're someone with 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR who enjoys connecting with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You proactively source candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You're eager to learn, take ownership, and grow beyond recruitment into broader HR responsibilities.

What You'll Own

- Support hiring across creative, growth, operations, and business functions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, Behance, Instagram, and other channels
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate pipelines
- Support onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, and exit formalities
- Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
- Help drive employee engagement initiatives and support HR policies and compliance

What We're Looking For





- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR
- Startup, D2C, or agency hiring experience is preferred
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- High ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of HR operations, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance is a plus
