The Talent

Acquisition team is looking for an experienced recruitment coordinator that can thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.

- What You ll Do: Own relationships with all stakeholders including, but not limited to local leadership, TA, and the People team (HR)
- Develop process improvements to ensure an excellent candidate and hiring experience
- Create offer documentation for current hires and manage the pre-onboarding process, with incredible attention to detail
- Support, on coordination for all interviews, working across time zones and with complex scheduling requirements
- Become a systems expert and provide support to our TA and People teams
- Conduct all necessary TA Operations tasks, including Background Check and expense reimbursement.
- Develop and maintain reporting for our TA People teams
- Become responsible for building and maintaining documentation and education materials to outline TA Operations processes.
- Handle any ad-hoc projects as required




- Develop efficiencies and improvements in the process to create an excellent experience for our customers and candidates
- Provide all our candidates and hiring teams with a world class experience by ensuring we re communicating with them often and providing an excellent service
- Be onsite in office to support coordinate onsite interviews, hiring days and Intern Batch days
- Be available, when required, for occasional weekend hiring days to support the onsite coordination of candidates
- What You Have:1-2 years of relevant experience within a Recruiting Coordination role
- Demonstrated experience working with high volume ability to prioritize
- Ability to manage project work alongside daily responsibilities
- Excellent attention to detail is a must
- Proven ability to build relationships, communicate effectively and provide a world class customer experience
- Ability to think critically and be solution focused
- Experience working as part of a global team is highly beneficial
- Proficient Google Suite, Slack, DocuSign and an ATS is desirable
