Conduct regular Table Tennis coaching sessions for students across different age groups. Develop structured training programs focusing on technique, footwork, agility, strategy, and match preparation. Identify talented students and provide specialized coaching for competitive events.
Prepare students for inter-school, district, state, and national-level tournaments. Organize practice matches, coaching camps, and skill development sessions. Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback.
Ensure proper maintenance and safe usage of sports equipment and facilities. Promote sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle among students. Coordinate with school management regarding sports events, tournaments, and training requirements.
Assist in organizing annual sports events and other co-curricular activities.
Requirements
Certification in Table Tennis Coaching will be an added advantage. Robust knowledge of modern coaching techniques, game strategies, and fitness training. Excellent communication and student mentoring skills. Ability to motivate and develop young athletes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education, Sports Coaching, or any relevant qualification.
