Role & responsibilities
- University Degree or equivalent and 1-6 years of relevant work experience supporting recruitment delivery
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within a GBS, shared services or high-volume environment
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools/ATS
- Familiarity with EMEA and AMER hiring practices and multi-country recruitment exposure
- Understanding of UK Right to Work verification requirements and associated hiring compliance
- Exposure to AMER hiring practices and multi-country recruitment
- Demonstrates knowledge of US Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements, including structured interviewing practices, prohibition on protected class inquiry, and applicable recruitment record-keeping obligation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
