KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION

Functional / Technical

- Lead and mentor testing teams for functional testing, regression, automation, NFR for large Temenos T24

projects in the Private banking domain.
- Test planning and execution including the test design, data management, environment planning,

automation, non-functional testing, regression, defect management and test closure
- Review and analyse Business requirements and system specifications to define test approach, scope and

test plan.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to achieve goals.
- Status reporting and able to drive the defect management across multiple teams.
- Proactively raise issues, risks and recommend optimal solutions.
- Work with the BA and Dev teams to drive even the upstream software quality (Requirements, Development

Solutions) Skills Requirements Of The Position Qualified and Technical

Technical and Functional

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in test lead role for T24 projects, preferably with Private Banking




- Good knowledge of Core Banking Business Setup
- Excellent knowledge of T24 modules for these domains
- Excellent knowledge of and exposure to testing of T24 integration, COB testing, Client output
- Excellent knowledge of SWIFT message testing, regulatory reports
- Expertise in financial accounting for all asset types
- Expertise in working on Agile methodologies such as Scrum / Kanban / SAFE
- Good know how of JAVA and experience in Automation, DevOps is an advantage
- Understanding / Experience of Automation tools (Selenium) and DevOps concepts to drive Automation in

projects.
- Agile planning tools – JIRA, Confluence
