Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced T24 Performance Test Consultant to lead performance testing activities for Temenos Transact (T24) applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance engineering, banking applications, and T24 architecture to ensure application scalability, reliability, and optimal performance under varying workloads.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute performance testing strategies for Temenos T24 applications.
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner, JMeter, or NeoLoad.
- Execute Load, Stress, Spike, Volume, and Endurance testing.
- Monitor application, middleware, database, and infrastructure performance during test execution.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and recommend tuning for TAFJ/TAFC, OFS, APIs, JVM, and databases.
- Validate performance of COB/EOD batch processes and critical banking transactions.
- Prepare detailed performance reports, SLA analysis, and optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and DBA teams for issue resolution.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

- 4–10 years of experience in Performance Testing.
- Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 / Transact.




- Strong knowledge of OFS Messaging, REST/SOAP APIs, TAFJ/TAFC Architecture.
- Expertise in LoadRunner, JMeter, or NeoLoad.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Good understanding of Oracle SQL, query optimization, and execution plans.
- Banking domain experience with Retail Banking, Payments, or Corporate Banking.
- Knowledge of COB/EOD processing in T24.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in T24 upgrades (R19–R25) and performance validation.
- Exposure to Azure/AWS cloud environments.
- Knowledge of DevOps, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Experience with SWIFT MT/MX messaging.
