Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Engineer – Enterprise Tools (BWA) with expertise in enterprise tool administration, integration development, automation, and platform engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the creation, management, integration, and optimization of enterprise tools, with a strong focus on Control-M, ServiceNow Engineering, and workflow automation platforms. The role requires ownership of critical enterprise applications, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving operational excellence in a global support workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Tools Engineering

- Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise tool environments.
- Develop and manage integrations between enterprise platforms and business applications.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of enterprise tools.
- Create and maintain automation workflows, job scheduling solutions, and operational dashboards.
- Build and improve self-service capabilities through enterprise platforms.

Control-M Administration & Engineering

- Administer and support BMC Control-M scheduling infrastructure.
- Create, modify, and manage batch jobs, workflows, dependencies, and calendars.
- Troubleshoot job failures and performance bottlenecks.
- Implement scheduling standards, automation policies, and monitoring solutions.
- Support Control-M upgrades, migrations, and environment maintenance.

ServiceNow Engineering

- Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules and workflows.
- Develop integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
- Implement automation for Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management processes.
- Design and customize forms, workflows, business rules, and service catalogs.
- Support ServiceNow platform enhancements and upgrades.

Integration Development





- Develop and maintain integrations between enterprise applications.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and automation frameworks.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and workflow orchestration.
- Ensure seamless communication between ITSM, monitoring, scheduling, and reporting tools.

Incident & Operational Support

- Act as a primary technical resource for enterprise tools incidents and escalations.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Participate in major incident management and problem management activities.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with:

IT Service Management

- Strong knowledge of:
- ITIL Processes
- Incident Management
- Change Management
- Problem Management
- Service Operations

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications are an added advantage:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- BMC Control-M Certification
- ITIL Foundation Certification
