Key Responsibilities

- User onboarding and offboarding management

- Ensure asset readiness by installing operating systems through SCCM and performing software installations

- Follow system hardening and compliance checklists

- Handle L1 & L2 support tickets within the defined SLA

- Configure customer-specific tools and required access permissions

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and coordinate with vendors whenever required

- Hardware and software upgrades as needed

- User data backup and restoration

- Perform periodic audits of hardware and software assets

- Network printer installation and troubleshooting

- Asset tracking, inventory management, and lifecycle management

- ITSM ticket management following ITIL standards

- Troubleshoot SCCM, Intune, Endpoint, and patch compliance-related issues

- Ensure project-wise IT asset segregation

- Installation and maintenance of operating systems, hardware, and software

- Adherence to IT & Information Security policies and processes

- Basic troubleshooting of IT software and hardware

- Learn and support recent tools and technologies

- Understand user issues and resolve them within agreed SLA timelines

- Maintain accurate asset inventory records
