We are seeking a skilled System Engineer (WINTEL) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Windows-based systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design, implement and manage Windows-based systems and servers.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure system security and data integrity by applying best practices and updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure projects.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.




- Provide technical support to users and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- 4-8 years of experience in system engineering, specifically with WINTEL environments.
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory management.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions and methodologies.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation.
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
