This role of System Coordinator serves as the link between Human Resources and other departments to improve system performance, data integrity, and HR process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities include :

- Manage employee files, digital records, and HR documentation.

- Coordinate with department heads to collect, verify, and update workforce and operational data.

- Maintain backups of HR and departmental records and ensure proper document control.

- Monitor daily employee attendance through biometric or attendance management systems.

- Maintain attendance records, leave records, holidays, weekly offs, shift schedules, and attendance trackers.

- Resolve attendance discrepancies, including missing punches and attendance correction requests, in coordination with department supervisors.

- Maintain and manage Google Sheets and departmental worksheets with accurate, up-to-date information.

- Create, design, and standardize Google Sheets,



trackers, templates, and reporting formats for all departments.

- Monitor data quality by identifying and resolving inconsistencies, duplicate records, and missing information.

- Ensure timely submission, validation, and updating of departmental data.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.

- Support management with real-time reports and data analysis for informed decision-making.

- Identify opportunities to automate manual data entry, reporting, and workflow processes.

- Standardize data collection, reporting formats, and documentation processes across departments.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
