Informatica MDM Administrator (6–8 Years Experience) Location: (Bangalore, Global Village /Chennai,DLF, Rampuram) Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Informatica MDM Administrator with 6–8 years of experience to manage platform administration, configurations, and production support, along with contributing to performance tuning and cloud adoption initiatives. ___ Primary Skills (Core Expertise) • Solid experience in Informatica MDM Administration (on-premises) • Hands-on expertise in: o Linux scripting and system management o IBM WebSphere Application Server (admin level) o Load Balancers (ALB) & certificate management • Experience in: o Setting setup, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning • Strong understanding of: o MDM architecture and data models ___ Related Mandatory Skills • Working knowledge of AWS infrastructure: o EC2, EKS, ALB • Experience in: o Vulnerability management (Linux/Windows) o SQL and databases (Snowflake, DB basics) • Understanding of: o ETL processes and integrations • Experience collaborating with: o Business and data teams ___ Optional Skills (Good to Have) • Experience with: o ServiceNow,



Change Management processes o Splunk (monitoring/log analysis • Exposure to: o MuleSoft APIs, AWS API Gateway o Cloud migration (on-prem to IDMC/IICS) ___ Key Responsibilities • Administer and maintain Informatica MDM platform • Perform: o Installations, upgrades, patching • Manage: o WebSphere servers, certificates, and load balancers • Monitor: o Performance and system stability • Troubleshoot: o Production issues and ensure SLA compliance • Implement: o Security and vulnerability practices • Collaborate with: o ETL, Data Engineering, and Business teams • Support: o Data governance and master data lifecycle • Assist in: o Cloud/IDMC migration initiatives ___ Required Experience • 6–8 years of IT experience • 5+ years of hands-on Informatica MDM Administration • Strong exposure to production support and operations ___ Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT • Informatica MDM or cloud certifications (preferred) ___ Soft Skills • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Ability to handle L2/L3 production support issues • Effective communication with stakeholders
