System Administrator

Job Summary :

We are looking for a System Administrator with hands-on networking knowledge to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have experience in system administration, network troubleshooting, endpoint management, and user support. The role requires someone who is proactive, technically sound, and capable of handling day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and desktop environments.
- Monitor and manage network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.
- Configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, and Active Directory.
- Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, Google Workspace email administration, user access, and email administration.
- Perform system monitoring, patch management, backups, and routine maintenance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer-related issues.
- Support endpoint security solutions and antivirus management.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, warranty, and support.
- Ensure systems are secure, updated, and compliant with company policies.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Engineer.
- Valuable knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
- Hands-on experience with networking concepts, firewalls, VPNs, switches, and routers.
- Hands-on experience in switch and firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of printer installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Google Workspace email administration.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of backup solutions and cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Bahrain driving licence will be an added advantage.

Preferred Certifications

- Microsoft Certified (MCSA/Modern Workplace or equivalent)
- Cisco CCNA
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ (preferred)
