Role Description The System Hardware Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves providing hands-on hardware and technical support for computers and related equipment, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems used across the organization.

The team member will diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, perform routine preventive maintenance, and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed. Daily responsibilities include responding to support requests,



documenting issues and resolutions, and collaborating with other technical teams to ensure minimal downtime and high reliability of all systems. The role also focuses on maintaining customer satisfaction by delivering clear communication, timely support, and professional service to internal users and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Hardware Support and Computer Maintenance skills for installation, configuration, and upkeep of systems.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction skills, including explicit communication and a service-oriented mindset.
- Relevant experience in system hardware support, IT helpdesk, or desktop support environments.
- Working knowledge of operating systems, basic networking, and peripheral devices.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, follow structured procedures, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
