- Ensure the swimming pool area is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
- Monitor pool users and enforce pool safety rules and regulations.
- Check water cleanliness and report any issues with water quality or pool equipment.
- Arrange and maintain pool furniture, towels, and guest amenities.
- Assist guests with pool-related queries and provide courteous service.
- Ensure changing rooms, showers, and surrounding areas are clean and hygienic.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Engineering department.
- Ensure lifesaving equipment is available and in good condition.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Maintain daily pool inspection and attendance records,
if required.
- Follow all health, safety, and hotel SOPs.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and inform the Lifeguard or management immediately.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of pool safety and hygiene.
- Ability to work outdoors and in shifts.
- Physically fit and attentive to guest safety.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Reporting To: Recreation Manager / Front Office Manager / Facility Manager (as applicable). Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
