Job Summary:
Responsible for technical leadership and high-quality software development in C#.NET within Agile/SAFe environments. Designs, develops, and maintains enterprise software, improves code stability and performance, mentors team members, and ensures adherence to best practices and secure development lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain C#.NET applications.
- Implement and enforce secure development practices and SDLC.
- Lead and participate in code review sessions.
- Practice Agile/Secure methodologies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
