To assist in developing a transparent vision and roadmap to take Havells India Ltd, to the Top 3 in ESGReview and monitor EHS and sustainability program objectives, status and support requirements, to ensure progress in line with the vision, policies and regulations.Assist in developing strategies to address issues such as energy reduction, recycling, plastic waste management, reduction of carbon footprint etc both within the company and with associated partners like vendors, distributors etc.Well versed with international rating standard such as DJSI, MSCI, sustainalytics etc.Collect, analyse and structure data and information w.r.t Sustainability Report, Integrated Report etc.Preparation of Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR) and assist in preparing Integrated reportingConduct site visits for audits, coordinate with 3rd party vendors, etc.Automation / Use of technology in ESG roadmapEvaluate proposals sustainability projects,



considering factors such as regulatory needs, cost effectiveness, technical feasibility, and integration with other initiatives.Have an oversight of EHS and sustainability initiative in plants and provide domain expertise as required.Identify educational, training, or other development interventions to build EHS and sustainability as part of the organizations culture.Qualification & ExperienceM Tech./ MBA/ PhD Sustainability/ Environment Sciences with 10 15years in relevant industry or company of repute. Should have thorough knowledge and awareness on best practices related to ESG within the industry and regulations within the country. Should be well versed with current and emerging trends in ESG both in India and Globally. .
